Beautiful piece. Customer service was on point, going above and beyond to answer all of my questions, both before I purchased and after. The attention to detail in the product itself, as well as in the packaging material exceeded my expectations. The only issue I had was aligning the screws to hang it on the wall, but I willingly admit that that was 100% user error. This is well-made and hangs perfectly. It is sturdy enough to hold a decent weight, significantly more than what I needed.

I absolutely love this Raven wall hanger! It looks exactly as I imagined and adds a sense of style to something meant to be functional. I may order a second one for another location, highly recommend.
