Designers and Creators of Home Decor, Gifts & Seasonal Goods - Handmade in the UK

We started our business a few years ago, and over the years our product range has changed a lot.

We decided to focus on decorative products for special occasions, and seasonal events rather than the handbags and accessories we started out making. We found that Christmas products were a particularly good seller and much more fun to design and make!

It also helps that our favourite time of year is Christmas. It's the only time that it is acceptable to use an abundance of glitter!! We particularly love making the Santa sacks, coming up with new designs that are even more exciting and unique than the year before.

Our range will soon be expanding to include decorative items for other occasions, like weddings. Keep checking our Facebook page and you will be the first to hear about our new products and special offers!

    I make design sketches, and pass them to Gemma to create templates - then I sew the cut out applique pieces onto the sacks. I am the main machinist and sew all of our products together. I am also the brew maker and provider of break time cake!

Thank you for visiting our Etsy shop! My name is Sue and everything we sell is handcrafted by myself, and my daughter Gemma in our smoke and pet-free home studio.

We get excited by colourful and unusual fabrics, buttons, beads and threads, and enjoy designing and making an array of items from seasonal decorations, to bags, gifts and cushions.

Our business is focused on Christmas and other seasonal and special events, and our ethos is to create products which will be treasured for a lifetime and beyond. Items which will be passed through your family, year after year, creating a family tradition and happy memories.

We hope you will find something here that you and your family will love and treasure!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We take great care in the construction of each and every item we make.
But nobody is perfect, so if in the unlikely event you do find a defect or flaw, please notify us directly within 7 days of receiving your goods, and we will gladly work with you to repair/exchange your purchase and resolve the situation.

If you have purchased something and changed your mind, then we can only issue a refund once the item is returned to us in a brand new, unused and resealable condition.
We cannot refund the original P&P costs. The safe return of the item, and return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We will not issue a refund for the return postage.
Payment
Payment can be made by paypal, Etsy gift cards or direct checkout with a credit/debit card.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card; simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a Paypal account.

To make a payment by cheque (UK residents only) please contact us for details.
We ask that payment is received within 7 days of purchase. If you send a cheque we will wait until it has cleared before sending items.
And obviously the sooner we receive your payment, the sooner we send out your lovely goodies!
Shipping
We guarantee to post all 'ready to ship' items within 48 hours of payment being received - but we will post sooner if we can!
For custom/personalised orders, please allow up to 5 working days. We will of course advise on lead times once your order has been processed - or drop us a convo if you need to know before you buy.

You are responsible for all duty, customs, or any other charges imposed by your country above and beyond the postal charges that you already paid. These may be due when you pick up your package.

We try to be very precise in the descriptions of each and every item that we sell. However, because photos may not always be an accurate indicator of the true size or colour of an item, please read all descriptions, details, and measurements before making your purchase. If you receive a product and you change your mind or do not like it then you will be able to return it but please contact us first. The product must be returned within 21 days and your refund will be issued upon receipt of the unused product in a new and resellable condition. Unfortunately we can not cover the postage costs incurred when returning the item to us, or refund the original postage paid. Adequate insurance must be obtained and you are responsible for the safe return of the item. If you have any questions about our items please ask - we are happy to help!

Our postage charge is an estimate of what we think the item will cost to ship, inclusive of packaging. We will only know the exact cost once we have taken the item, packaged, to the post office. If we have over estimated this cost, we will refund any extra once we have posted it to you.

Postal Insurance is optional and not included in any of our P&P prices. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us before making your purchase. Insurance rates will be provided upon request.

Items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, are not eligible for refund or replacement if not insured. Let us know in advance, before you make your purchase, if you would like insurance added.
We have sent many, many items all over the world and (without wanting to tempt fate here) none have been lost in transit yet...

Feedback:
We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with your order for ANY reason, please contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback or opening an Etsy case. Please give us the opportunity to correct the problem! :)
