📦 PROCESSING & SHIPPING

• All items are made to order. Please allow the full processing time listed on the item before your order ships.
• The estimated delivery date shown by Etsy is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• Once your package is in USPS possession, I am not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or transit issues. In the case of a lost package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

🚨 NEED IT SOONER?
The $25 RUSH option must be added to your cart at checkout. This moves your order to the front of the production line. It does NOT guarantee overnight shipping or a specific delivery date.

• If shipping to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

• All items are unisex sizing. Please review sizing carefully before ordering.
• Please confirm your billing address, color, and size before submitting your order.

🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Because all items are made to order:

• RETURNS are accepted within 5 business days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. A $25 restocking fee will be applied. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and tags must still be attached.

• REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS: Once an order is placed, it is taken out of stock and made unavailable to other customers. If you request a cancellation within Etsy’s estimated processing timeframe, a 50% refund will be issued. The remaining 50% covers time, labor, and materials already allocated to your order.

• EXCHANGES: You may return your item at your expense. Once received, you will be provided a store credit code to reorder the correct item.

• CUSTOM ORDERS and SALE ITEMS are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

A $15 mock-up fee is required before any custom work begins. This includes:
• Up to 3 edits
• A watermarked preview
• The $15 applied toward your final purchase

You are solely responsible for confirming the items in your cart before checkout. Please double-check your billing address, color, size, and design selections.

If your order cannot be fulfilled, it may be canceled without notice. Apologies in advance.

If a group is ordering separately, please be advised that pricing may vary and cannot be adjusted to match another person’s order. To stay on the safe side, please consider placing a combined group order.

✨ Group orders of 6 or more of the same design and color placed together will receive 15% off.
