To know the right size insert you need to purchase, start by measuring your shams. Pull tight along the outer seam and measure corner to corner. This should be done for all shams even if size is marked. As a general rule, your insert must be larger than your sham to correctly fill the corners of the sham and give them a nice even look. Small shams 10” to 17” typically need inserts 1” larger. Larger shams 18”+, typically need inserts 2” larger

If it’s not an exchange you’re looking for and you would like to return your purchase, we can walk you through the steps to get the pillows returned and refunded.

YES! Many of our customers order synthetic down inserts for sleeping. People commonly say that these pillows offer a firm yet soft feel, leading to a great night’s sleep.

Synthetic down inserts, as well as any listing labeled “machine washable”, are able to be placed in the washing machine and dryer. The washing machine must be one without an agitator. The inserts can be washed on delicate, cold cycle, and tumbled dry on “air dry” or “low”. Tennis balls can be placed in the dryer during the cycle to help fluff the pillows back to normal.

Measuring your bolster sham is different than measuring your square or rectangle sham. There are detailed instructions, with photos, on our website at https://www.pillowflex.com/wholesale_bolsters_inserts.html. You can always send a conversation or email info@pillowflex.com if you have questions or want assurance that you’re ordering the right size.

Bolsters over 30" in length will be shipped folded to fit into the box. Refluffing is easy! Simply hold the pillow on it's end and shake the fiber down, switch ends and shake again. Repeat as needed.
