Payment

All payments are handled via Etsy Payments, accepting all major credit cards.

Orders not paid within 3 days from the day of order will be cancelled, therefore please let me know if you have any problems settling the payment or any other delays.

Shipping

We do ship internationally. All orders are shipped from Latvia using airmail which usually takes about 1 - 4 weeks depending on your location. Packages can sometimes ship even longer depending on the country due to customs or other conditions which I cannot be responsible for.
Our standard shipping method does not include a tracking number to keep the cost down, but you can choose to have a tracking number added with a shipping upgrade.

I cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your ordered item, however, if something really goes wrong please let me know and we will try to find a way out.

Items will be packed and shipped 3 - 5 business days after receiving the payment. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Expected shipping time is 1 - 2 weeks within Europe and 2 - 4 weeks to the US, Canada and Australia.

Please make sure to provide a correct shipping address.
