Privacy Policy for Pipper Prints:

The information you provide to me on Etsy, as approved by you when you place an order, is only to be used by me for fulfilling your order and processing any customer service issues or returns. Your information will be shared with certain third-parties including Etsy, and postal services but only the information that is necessary for them to help process and fulfill your order (ie. your name, address, etc.)

I do not use your information after your order is completed unless there is a outstanding issue with your order. I retain all past order information but do not access it unless necessary. I only use minimal amounts of your information to help grow my business (ie. addresses help me determine where my customer base is). I will not and cannot access your full financial information and therefore cannot be held liable if you are charged for any customs or shippings fees after you receive your order.

Lastly, any information you provide to me via direct message or email is typically private, but may be used to solve any customer complaints or legal issues if necessary. I will not share or forward these messages unless absolutely needed for the cases above.

Your Rights As My Customer:

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Aside from specific circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
