About

We just want to protect our poor garden.

This Pippoko's shop is a project of a small family, which consists of me->a graphic designer, my retired dad and my brother, both are jewelry makers.

After retirement, my dad seemed bored. He started to do gardening but ended up by killing half of our plants and trees because of too much fertilizer and bothering, I think plants don't like when you give fertilizer to them every 2-3 days and move or cut them every week. So we, brother-sister, thought we should create some project for us to do together with our dad. Maybe we could save some plants and get some special money in the same time ^^

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns only if you contact us within 14 days after you received the package.
You will be refunded for the price of the item. Shipping charges and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return package must be able to track online.
The refund will happen by Paypal after we have received the item back in good condition.

- We ship worldwide. Packages will be delivered by secure Registered Airmail post.

You will get the tracking number for checking the status of your item online.

▶ ship to U.S.A. and CANADA take approximately 15-21 working days to be delivered.
▶ ship to EUROPE take approximately 10-18 working days to be delivered.
▶ ship to Australia take approximately 8-16 working days to be delivered.
▶ ship to Asia take approximately 5-16 working days to be delivered.

But in some cases, it can take up longer than usual if package is held up in customs at the port of arrival. Or it depends on the post service of the area/ city of the destination country that could cause a delay of a few days.
