    you will not find a more high quality boxtume at a better price so just stop looking because you have found the best!!! I love this so much and so does my son he was awe struck when he saw it for the 1st and can't wait to trick or treat in it!!

    My daughter absolutely loves her new Minecraft cat head and her mini light up box for Halloween. She got so many compliments at the Minefaire. I requested this character specifically and I think it turned out perfect. These are great quality items and they were delivered fast (even before expected delivery date). I also loved the packaging, it was as if my daughter was opening a birthday gift. Thank you again we absolutely love it!

    Me and my three kids were planning an entire Minecraft Halloween outing. After I asked Pixel Propz if they would get the wolf head to me on time for Halloween, they assured me they would. I ordered Sept 23. I never heard back from anyone. So I emailed the week before Halloween and they assured me again that we would get the mask in time. When I saw the item maybe delayed, I reached out again to Pixel Propz to see what was happening. I kept assuring my son we would get it on time for Halloween. Well we didn't. It arrived the following day. My son was completely heartbroken that he didn't have a costume for Halloween. After planning for two months for everyone's costume, it is extremely unprofessional that they would wait so long to USPS out the mask knowing my son needed it for Halloween.

    During holidays like Halloween, normal crafting turn around time is 4-6 weeks. Shipping is via USPS Parcel Select Ground so that we can provide a reasonably priced and excellent custom made product. PixelPropz maintained communication with this customer and buyer neglected to respond to our Etsy convo notifying them of the Oct. 21st ship-by date and Oct. 29th estimated USPS arrival date of package. Buyer was also offered a full refund on Oct. 14th before shipment of the item, however, no response was received. Unfortunately, for this particular order, shipping was delayed by several days through USPS and was well beyond our control. This is the first time PixelPropz has experienced a USPS shipping delay and we work hard to give you a handcrafted custom item that we know you’ll love :)

Yes! All Boxstume heads come with a one-size-fits-all specially-made head insert inside!

Are the eyeholes on the Boxstume Heads pre-cut?

Yes! The eye-holes are pre-cut, and all Boxstume heads come with see-through material over the eyes.

Are Boxstume Heads pre-made, or are they a kit?

No assembly necessary! Boxstume heads are crafted and pre-made for the buyer. No crafting, no problem.

How big are Boxstume Heads?

*Request-A-Head box dimensions are approximately 12x12x10 1/2

*Villager-Style/BIG Heads are approximately 12x12x16

*Mini Swag Boxes are approximately 8x8x8

Are Boxstume Heads heavy?

Nope. Our handcrafted heads are pretty light and easy to wear!

Can I request a new custom item that's not on the PixelPropz store?

Yes! To request a new unique custom order that's not yet available at our store, select the "Request Custom Order" button just above the "Contact shop owner" button on the front page of our store. Once a Custom Order request is sent, a private listing will be made for the buyer's new item.
