Items are usually dispatched on the same day, orders after 3 in the afternoon will be dispatched on the next working day.

Combined shipping costs...
It's difficult to estimate the shipping cost for combined postage, with so many items of different shapes weights and sizes. We do our best to do this, however, if we overcharge on postage costs for multiple items, we will refund the difference. Or if you prefer you can message us for a shipping quote before you buy, let us know where in the world you are and we will find the best and lowest shipping price to your destination.
Please note items with a value of over £20 will need tracking for insurance purposes.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or my Etsy pattern website planetutopia.co.uk and services. In a nutshell, I do not pass your information on to any other companies, other than to for fill your order, (email you, ship/post order, send you tracking information) I then keep a record of your invoice for my compliance with the Inland Revenue for tax purposes. To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, such as an alternative address, or if the item is a gift the recipient's address and gift card message.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information on Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Data Retention

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Information kept
I may store and process your information through my devices all of which are password protected, I may keep your name address and email on record to for fill your order, I will then keep your name address and email on paper locked in a secure fireproof filling cabinet purely for the purposes of the Inland Revenue, who insist on invoice being kept for 4 years for proof of earning for tax purposes. I do not pass your information on to any outside agency. I simply have your name address and email, to for fill your order, and satisfy my legal obligations.
Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
