I'm using the Etsy Mobile App and Im unable to download the files. Why is that?

You must be logged into your Etsy account through a web browser to download your files. Unfortunately, at this time Etsy mobile app does not support downloading of files.

How do I fit the 7x9.25 printable into my Discbound planner?

All of my 7x9.25 printables have the trim marks included. When you print, the trim marks will show you exactly where to cut. I recommend using a paper cutter for a clean, crisp edge or your can use scissors.

Additionally, you will need to already have a special hole punch to be able to insert into a discbound planner. This type of punch can be found at most craft stores or online.

How do I ensure my PDF prints correctly?

My recommendation would be the make sure you are printing on the mentioned paper size in the listing. Print Settings should be set to 100% scale (actual size).

Do not "scale to fit", as this will distort the images and text.

Before printing, check to make sure your desired orientation is selected (auto/portrait or landscape)

Some printers have an option to print in the highest quality - be sure to select this if your printer has that setting.

Preview what the printable will look like before printing. You may need to re-adjust your printer settings to achieve your desired result, as all printer dialog boxes appear differently.

Can I use these printables commerically?

The PDF printables that I have created are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Do not share, re-distribute, sell or claim as your own or duplicate in any way, shape or form. These designs are all original designs and property of Plan in Hand.

Why does Etsy want me to put in my address for shipping if this is an instant download?

Etsy will ask for your address regardless of what type of transaction is it (physical vs. digital) Etsy needs to know the state you live in to determine sales tax as well as CC verification.

How can I use my Fillable Printable?

Fillable Printables have the "FILLABLE ON COMPUTER" logo on the front of the listing

***Not all of my printables are fillable - this is a great way to determine which ones are. ****

In order to use the fillable feature. You need to have the ADOBE ACROBAT READER program downloaded to your computer.

Once printable is purchased, save to your computer as your normally would, then open up PDF in ADOBE, type in your fields, "SAVE AS" copy to your computer then you can print.

**If you do not save your filled in copy and try to print, it wont work. Please make sure to fill in , "SAVE AS" - then print!

Only fields highlighted in blue are fillable. All other design elements can not be changed.
