Why don’t you accept refunds or exchanges?
Due to the items being custom made from my supplier, and the risk of the item not reselling in the ordered colour or print, i’m unable to resell or exchange delivered items
Custom and personalised orders
All items are custom made, following colour and print selection from my supplier. Due to the nature of the prints and the work that goes into my items it can take from 5-10 working days for delivery
Cancellation of Orders
I only accept cancellation of orders within 2 hours, due to creating and contacting my supplier within a short period of time following the custom order
