Cedar and Tin began in 2014 at my rickety kitchen table with nothing more than a handful of metal stamping blanks, a hammer, and a whole lot of hope. As a single mom to three boys, I poured everything I had into this little dream—working late nights, fueled by heart, hustle, and the determination to build something meaningful from scratch.
I started by hand-stamping each piece, one letter at a time. Over time, those small orders turned into bigger opportunities. With every milestone in my own life, I was able to grow—adding laser and printing equipment that opened the door to engraved keepsakes, curated gift boxes, ornaments, and more.

Cedar and Tin was originally named for the materials I worked with—wood and metal. But like the shop itself, the name has grown.
Cedar represents strength and longevity. Tin symbolizes resilience and flexibility.
Together, they now reflect something deeper: the meaningful moments we mark, and the milestones worth remembering.
