5 out of 5 starsI love to collect different punch needle embroidery tools. This one allows you to "lay" the embroidery thread directly in the tool. Then you just thread it through the eye of the needle tip. WOW 🙀🙀🙀 I Love it!!! Glad I found your shop!

1 out of 5 starsSeller shipping costs not suffice. Buyer has to end up paying parcel shipping costs to the already shipping costs payed at point of sale, upon delivery of package at the door. Seller asking for a positive review as she has posted a refund of the money. I refused the items at delivery going back to the seller. Thank You. Best Wishes Always.

This case was an USPS error, not from our store but I solved the problem immediately by giving it a full refund without questioning anything, I told the buyer that it had never happened to me and it was the first time, I apologized and NEVER asked for a good review, I just told the buyer that I was surprised by the review because on msg the buyer said that appreciate the fast response. Btw this is the 6th time that the buyer update the review and was already reported to etsy.
