Lead time varies depending on the color availability as well as the complexity of the design.
Policies:
1. Returns possible up to 14 days after receiving your item.
2. If the item is faulty or damaged - please contact us via Etsy message and send us clear videos/photos of the issue.
3. We will cover the return shipment if the item came damaged or faulty. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipment costs.
4. The item must be returned in the original packaging including all of the ordered items as well as the extras.
5. We do not accept returns of custom made items.
6. We do not ship our products to USA due to tariffs as of 11/01/2025. This might change in the future.

5 out of 5 starsIt looks nice, but the screw holes are a bit too small. I had to enlarge them using a small drill bit and a cordless screwdriver. Unfortunately, the plastic is a bit thin, so I had to glue it because it cracked while I was drilling out the holes; however, it was easy to fix with superglue.

Can you make custom sizes or designs?
Totally! Whether you want a different pattern, logo, or your favorite character - we can tweak, resize, or redesign most items. Just send us a message before ordering so we can bring your idea to life.
Can I choose a different color?
Yup! We’ve got a rainbow of filament colors. If you don’t see your perfect shade listed, drop us a message - we’ll let you know what’s in stock, or order a color that you like.
Please keep in mind that in such case the lead time will be a few days longer.
What material do you use?
All our prints are made with Polymaker PolyTerra PLA - a smooth matte, plant-based, biodegradable filament that’s easy on the eyes and the planet.
Do fan covers come with screws?
They sure do! Each cover comes with 4 mounting screws so you can install it straight away.
We plan on adding magnets in the future!
How do I clean my 3D printed parts?
Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and high heat (PLA and heat don’t mix well)
You will also receive a care and installation sheet with your order!
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! Send us a message with photos and we’ll make it right - replacement or refund, no stress.
Do you sell STL files?
Nope.
Do the fan covers block the airflow?
The airflow impact varies by design.
Most of our covers are built to stay as open as possible, and we test every new model before adding it to the shop.
Designs that block more surface area will naturally restrict airflow more, so the more closed the pattern, the bigger the reduction.
