I like the item overall but the flowers are not good

Nice but a little too small...

I never received this hat. The seller apparently does not routinely update her website when an item is sold, therefore this one was not available. Upon being informed of this, I listed both a first and second choice; the second choice was sent. It was made rather large, too big for my medium-sized head. Appears to be well-made, but the fabric around the edge of the brim was improperly finished, i.e. the seam is at the front of the hat, rather than at the back. My first choice hat, which was almost identical to the very first hat I ordered remained on the website; I have no idea why that one was not sent, as I would have been most happy with it.

Have not received. Where is this hat?

I never received this item. Apparently, the vendor mailed it the next day but it went US Postal service via boat. I checked with USPS 30 days after I ordered the item, and it is still somewhere in the ocean. Its quite frustrating because she kept assuring me that it would arrive in time for the Kentucky Derby. But it did not and now I have no hat to wear. She did refund my money but what I really wanted was the hat. Don't believe her shipping time frame of 2-3 weeks. Its probably a month or so before you'll see it. Thing is I would have gladly paid extra shipping costs to get it here sooner, but I was not given that option.

This is a beautiful hat, and it is very well made. The colors look lovely together. Shipping was very prompt; hardly had to wait at all for it. I look forward to wearing this on Easter Sunday!

Gorgeous hat. The shipping packaging was not great. The box arrived very damaged and open. However, the hat inside was well bubble wrapped and arrived undamaged. Very happy with my purchase.
