WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Our turn around time is 24 hours for the proof and our standard shipping is 8-10 business days after you approve the proof. Please note we will not process your order if you do not approve your proof, so be sure your email address is up-to-date!
MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Our printer does their best to package our items carefully, but shipping can be a rough ride. We won't be able to offer you a refund, but if your item arrives damaged, just let us know and we will get another one reprinted and shipped to you ASAP (usually within 5 business days).
DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?
We sure do! Just select the RUSH shipping option at checkout. Your item will arrive in 5 business days after you approve the proof. Please note our turn around time for the proof is still 24 hours, but we make our rush orders a priority.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN A PHOTO PROP?
1-3 people fit perfectly, but we have seen up to 8! It all depends on how close and creative you can get!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel before we send the proof or at the time of proofing. Once you approve your proof and we send this over to our printer, we will not be able to cancel your order. If you purchased the digital file, I will not be able to cancel your order once I send the final PDF.
THERE WAS A MISSPELLING, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, once the item has been printed, we can no longer offer changes or refunds. It is very important that you carefully review your proof when we send the confirmation email. Once you approve the proof, we send it right to our printer - so make sure you take a good look at everything. If you need anything custom or notice a mistake - just let us know at this time! We can send you a new proof or set up a custom listing for you before we send the design to our printer!
WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?
We do not send anything to the printer until we receive your approval on the design, shipping address and print order.
We will email you a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase (usually less)! Please be sure your email address is up-to-date on Etsy. You can also try checking your spam folder for an email from us: Printery@CreativeUnionDesign.com
