Do you have an official website?

Return & Exchange Policy

Buyer must contact Purple Creek and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for loss in value if it isn’t returned in its original condition.

Unless approved by a Purple Creek representative (on a case by case basis), discounted items (site-wide sales, and individual discounts) are not eligible for returns or exchanges after shipment.

Personalized items (items personalized by Purple Creek, or another individual), and resized items (items resized by Purple Creek, or another individual), are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For piece(s) with tamper-proof security tag attached, the removal, attempted removal, or tampering with the security tag will void the return policy.

Can I cancel my order?

In most cases, yes.

If the item has already been shipped, you will have to request a return instead of cancellation.

If you are having your purchased item resized, and/or personalized, then it is not eligible for cancellations once the process has begun.

Refund Policy

If a Return is approved, buyers are responsible for the shipping cost and sending the item back with its original packaging. Once Purple Creek receives the item, we will then issue a full refund.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free domestic shipping (USA) for orders totaling over $35.00 USD.

*Please be sure that your receiving location is secure. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location for receiving packages. USPS, UPS and FedEx insurance do NOT cover theft once your package has been marked as delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking. If a Porch Pirate makes off with your package it won't be covered by shipping insurance, You will need to file under your homeowner's or renter's insurance and file a police report. If your receiving location isn't secure you should consider using a package receiving company like Mailboxes etc. UPS and FedEx also allows you to direct a package to one of their locations.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we are able to ship to most international locations. However, this is subject to change at any time, and for any reason. If we are unable to ship your piece(s) to your country, we will let you know through message, cancel your order, and issue a full refund.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs as well as any customs, and import duties and taxes (including VAT) which may apply to your country. Purple Creek is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes, most of our rings, and many of our bracelets, and necklaces are resizable. We advise that you message us before purchase as some pieces may have a resizing cost.

Yes, we have a team dedicated to personalizing the jewelry we sell and create. We advise that you message us before purchase, because depending on what you are looking for, there may be an additional cost.

Size Guide for Wide Band Ring

Wide band ring will fit differently than a narrower band with the same ring size. Here is a general guide to help determine how much larger the ring needs to be, than your regular ring size, to properly fit.

6mm band width: +0.25 size larger than your normal ring size
7-8mm band width: +0.5 - 1 size larger than your normal ring size
9-10mm band width: +1.5 - 2 sizes larger than your normal ring size
11-12mm band width: +2 - 2.5 sizes larger than your normal ring size
13-14mm band width: +2.5 - 3 sizes larger than your normal ring size
15-16mm band width: +3 - 3.5 sizes larger than your normal ring size

This is NOT an absolute sizing standard. We still recommend going to a local jewelry store so they can verify your size for a wide band.
