5 out of 5 starsI purchased the gunmetal drip covers/frames for my AirPods Max and absolutely love them. They arrived quickly and have a gorgeous, glossy shine that still looks amazing. Smudges wipe right off with the included cloth. After installation, my Bluetooth kept disconnecting, so I reached out to the seller. They responded promptly and were incredibly patient and helpful. We exchanged several messages throughout the day, reviewing photos and troubleshooting together. It turned out my ear cushions were reversed. Once I corrected that and reinstalled the covers, the Bluetooth paired seamlessly. Excellent product and truly outstanding customer service. Special note: don’t be like me—double check that both the ear cushions and covers are placed correctly!
