3 out of 5 starsSeriously love the canvas and the other I bought, but communication was lacking. Took a month to receive it or more. Had to ask seller if it was even going to be shipped. At that point I asked for the other canvas I ordered just to be shipped at the same time as the other and my shipping was supposed to be refunded. It wasn't. Wouldn't order from again.

2 out of 5 starsThe product was nice. The customer service horrible. Product was late. I had to send three emails to the seller before receiving a message saying it was shipped. A week later still no product. Opened an Etsy claim. Product was mailed same day as Etsy claim was opened (I'm sure not a coincidence). Will not be recommending or using this shop again.

2 out of 5 starsThe item did look similar to the picture. However, communication was seriously lacking. Item marked as shipped and didn't show up. Contacted seller and found out they didn't actually ship it when marked shipped due to an error. The error was fixed and my shipping was refunded. However, none of this was communicated until I inquired. Due to this, would probably not purchase from this shop again.
