What is your order fulfillment process?
Our products are hand-made to order.
Each item is created for each user making the manufacturing process and the time frame it takes to complete an order a varied process. We strive to fulfill all orders in a quick and efficient manner without taking away from the quality of our craft.
We estimate that fulfillment of all orders within the various design departments will be within the time frames listed in our turnaround time details.
In an effort to keep our fulfillment process transparent and to guarantee clarity, we encourage all users to contact us directly about up-to-date product fulfillment time frames.
Do you expedite orders?
Expedition and guaranteed delivery are available at a fixed additional price and are based on the type of order, the quantity of the order, the shipping method, and the destination.
What is your return and exchange process?
Because our products are hand-made to order, they can only be exchanged if they are damaged in shipping.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging in the condition that it was received. Please contact us within 3 days of the shipment arrival with order details and a picture of the damaged product within its original packaging. Do not reship the damaged product as doing so will invalidate its insurance policy and an exchange. Exchange will be processed within an agreed upon expedited turnaround time frame.
What are your shipping details?
All shipping costs are included in the price of the product unless otherwise noted.
Orders outside the United States have added shipping costs which are listed on each product page. Customs duties and taxes, which are based on the value of the order and the destination country, may apply and are the responsibility of the user.
Once an order is shipped, the user will receive an email update with shipping confirmation and details.
What is the turnaround time for orders from the print department?
Our print design department products have a turnaround time based on the media which is ordered. Digital print orders have an instant turnaround with immediate download available upon payment processing. Paper print orders and canvas print orders have a 7 day turnaround with 1 day for processing, 5 days for production, and 1 day for shipping.
What is the turnaround time for orders from the jewelry department?
Our jewelry design department products have a turnaround time based on the type of order. Single item jewelry orders have a 5 day turnaround with 1 day for processing, 3 days for production, and 1 day for shipping. Set items jewelry orders have a 10 day turnaround with 1 day for processing, 8 days for production, and 1 day for shipping.
What is the turnaround time for orders from the interior department?
Our interior design department products have a turnaround time based on the type of order. Single item accessory orders have a 5 day turnaround with 1 day for processing, 3 days for production, and 1 day for shipping. Set items accessory orders have a 10 day turnaround with 1 day for processing, 8 days for production, and 1 day for shipping. Single item furniture orders have a 15 day turnaround with 1 day for processing, 13 days for production, and 1 day for shipping. Set items furniture orders have a 30 day turnaround with 1 day for processing, 28 days for production, and 1 day for shipping.
What are the turnaround times for custom orders?
Our interior design department and our architecture design department plans are custom orders which are designed and developed in collaboration with the user. Each order is fulfilled in its own unique time frame and is based on the size of the space which is being considered and the number of iterations which are designed and developed for the final set of design plans.
Custom print, custom jewelry and custom interior design department item orders are also designed and developed in collaboration with the user. Each order is fulfilled within a set time frame. These custom orders have a 30 day turnaround with 1 day for processing, 7 days for design, 7 days for development, 14 days for production, and 1 day for shipping.
