Accepted payment methods

Payment
i accept PayPal.

but if you want to pay for your purchases with something other than PayPal? contact me! i understand that not all countries accept PayPal & because i love my international customers, i'm willing to work something out with you guys! :D just send me a convo to discuss other options!

payments are due at time of purchase.

if for some reason, payment is not received immediately- please send me a conversation letting me know the reason. i'm happy to put products on reserve for you to assist in combining orders. :)

if you are waiting for a revised invoice: it will be emailed to the email account associated with your etsy account.
Shipping
all items are shipped USPS first class mail. unless your shipping charges exceed $5 USD- then i will ship your package priority mail! :)

i ship MONDAY through FRIDAY - usually within 48 hours of your order! if you place an order on friday, it will ship out on monday! <3

i have found that people prefer cheaper shipping, which is why my orders ship WITHOUT INSURANCE! please contact me if you would like insurance added to your postal rate. or if you have a preferred form of shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
your happiness is the most important thing in the world to me!

returns are on a case-by-case basis. that is because i am a small company and operate as such. i would love to work something out with you.

simply let me know what the issue is, and we will work something out! if we do decide a return/exchange is in order, the buyer pays the return postage and the payment will be refunded to your paypal after it is received & deemed to be in good/resell-able condition.

no returns are accepted after 30 days since purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
the rawfish credo:

i understand that buying woollies online is difficult
because it lacks the inherent tactility that is key to fiber arts.

i want my customers to know that luxurious 21.5 micron merino combed top is the rawfish standard. i would never sacrifice quality or softness and that is something you can believe in.

each skein is hand-dyed with professional grade acid-dyes. i re-use my dye baths so there are less chemicals going down our drains. and the "acid" in my dyes is from citric acid (found in fruit!) so nothing harmful for you or your loved ones.

i source fleece and locks from animal-friendly farms that believe in a no-kill environment. the sheep will never be killed for food & many of them are rescued animals that have a history of abuse and need the love these farms provide. by supporting rawfish, you are helping me continue to support farms & ethics i believe in.

so you can shop carefree, knowing that i've done the research and hard work to make sure you are getting an end-product that is humane, and well-crafted. while still providing an artist's touch that is not available in a big box store.

if you have any questions at all, about my credo or shop in general, do not hesitate to drop me a line. i love to talk about fiber, and i am always happy to assist you!
