Wow, absolutely amazing piece! The chair was everything we hoped it would be and more. Cannot recommend Rebranded by Rachel enough. Top notch craftsmanship and outstanding customer service! Rachel communicated with us every step of the way. The delivery was basically from East coast to West coast of the US and it arrived safe and sound, so if you are leery about about a unique piece from Rachel making the trip to you, we can attest the seller has exceptional delivery services in place if you don’t mind waiting. We certainly didn’t, and the wait was more than worth it! Top notch all around, cannot say enough great things!!!

This review is about 2 months late -and for that I apologize to Rachael. I accidentally stumbled upon Rachael’s shop and took a chance. I had a beautiful piece that was damaged in a military move and wanted it refinished. I sent her my “vision” and she delivered. She was very patient with all my changes, questions, and basically my indecisiveness. Her talent is immeasurable!!!! If you are having any doubts -don’t!! You will be more than pleased. I am going to TRY and upload the before and after photos so my beautiful piece can be seen. Thank you again Rachael.

This girl is beyond amazing. She is on top of things. She is good about responding with customers and I cannot think of any anybody more that I have dealt with such as eBay or Etsy, that I believe is top-notch. Rachel is the best. Rachel you are amazing and very gifted. This piece went to simple and now awe …breathtaking. We are enjoying this with all the other pieces to our bedroom set which blend all together. No words can express our gratitude. She communicated by phone and text messages constantly. Everything was sent as soon as this project was completed. These are gorgeous; which drew me into Rachel’s sight. By conversation with Rachel she started on our new bedroom set for our 40 years of marriage. This was a wonderful decision by both my husband and I. Rachel created each piece of furniture with TLC and took our suggestions with her talent and made everything magnificent. Communication was excellent by Rachel by both text and phone conversations. This was from the beginning of our project till the delivery of all the bedroom pieces. This piece of furniture is an antique with an update feminine creation of floral, black and gold accents to enhance its beauty. Rachel went out to find this piece of furniture to match the bedroom furniture she was creating for us. She excelled in everything to make a masterpiece for our 40 years of marriage. She is a talented lady. Rachel communication was excellent with text and phone conversations as were needed from the start of our project to completion of delivery of our whole master bedroom set. I can not even say one thing about this site, dressers, and Rachael! Talk about going over and beyond. So I started out ordering a Marilyn Monroe dresser that was advertised. So I preceded to ask her if she could make my husband an Elton John dresser. We had continued coversations and she really took our conversations and put not only thought but also skill into the 2 dresser project. When the dressers arrived they were already intact! Boy, I LOVED that! And after dropped off, I was floored on the quality of the dressers. They were solid. They artwork on the dressers are amazing!!!!! I am just SO thrilled with my purchases and def will order more for I need another dresser! LOL! Will post pics of dressers once I put the clothes off floor into their drawers.
