Shipping
In an effort to say THANK YOU for your purchase we are now offering FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!
Free shipping is applied exclusively to the first trip. If you receive the order and it does not fit due to a fitting error and we made you the ring that was ordered, all subsequent shipping is the customer's responsibility. If however you received a ring that was not the one you ordered, we will cover all subsequent shipping.

*DOMESTIC ORDERS:: We use United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Flat Rate for domestic orders, which gives an estimated arrival time of 2-3 business days after a parcel is shipped out. This service does not give tracked-along-the-way information, so if you need tracking, upgrades are available. If you need a different currier service, just ask. We will work with you so that you may receive your FedEx or UPS parcel at your home or business, at your own expense.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:: Although we purchase USPS Priority Mail International which gives an estimated arrival time of 6-10 business days, this does not reflect in the actual shipping time, due to customs holding periods. We have seen parcels held for upwards of 6 weeks even to the UK and Canada and northern Europe. And there is no tracking with this service past the last US transfer station.

***FOR ALL ORDERS:: Additionally, if you need an order expedited, just ask and we will work with you! Customers need only pay the cost of the parcel to be express shipped, using the currier service and shipping method of his or her choice.
Refunds and Exchanges
EXCHANGE POLICY::
We accept all purchases back for exchange. Doesn't fit? We will gladly receive it in exchange for a properly fitting replacement! Although carbon fiber is tough as nails and should prove stronger than most other rings on the market, we certainly do not make any claims as to suggest that these will survive an atomic blast or nuclear fallout. They are not a tool: DO NOT USE AS A BOTTLE OPENER! In essence, use it as a ring should be used and nothing should come of it.

***Due to a large volume of exchanges as a result of improper or no sizing, starting January 1, 2013 we have implemented a RESTOCKING FEE of $11 for all rings. Additionally, we charge return shipping. US residents pay $6.50. Canadian residents pay $22. For all of other International destinations, we will calculate the cost on a case by case basis.

SCENARIOS::
1) In the case of a lost ring: Notify us, tell us the story and we'll work something out.
2) In the case of improper sizing: Take the ring with you to your next fitting and return it to us along with the proper size, and we will remake it for you.
3) In the case of damage: If your ring is damaged due to typical use, return it and we will remake it for you.
4) In the case your ring was destroyed somehow: Send it back with the story and we'll work something out.
5) In the case you want your ring to have a "tune-up" or refinishing: Send it back and pay return shipping and we will send your ring back all buffed up and looking fine.

TOUCH OF MODERN CUSTOMERS::
Due to the fact that some of our customers who purchased through Touch of Modern have contacted us and are in need of a different size, our policies are the same, however the restocking fee is $25. Residents of the US will be required to pay $6.50 in return shipping, Canadian residents, $22.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GETTING PROPERLY SIZED::
Please note some of our tips for a happy and informed fitment, when getting sized at your local jeweler.

1 All of our rings come in "comfort fit." This is an industry standard term which implies a rounded transition from the outside edge to the interior radius of the ring. (This may affect the size of your ring.)

2 Season often dictates size: Our fingers are larger in the warmer months, due to water retention and shrink in the cooler months. Although the ideal times to get sized for proper fitment are spring and fall, get it to fit more snuggly in a summer fitting and a tad looser in a winter fitting.

3 The width vs the narrowness of a ring may also affect the fitment of a ring. For very wide rings, you may want to go up a quarter or even a half size.
