please note that each + every listing is made on demand, specifically for you. in order to allow for the level of customization that i offer, i do not keep inventory so that your piece can be truly one-of-a-kind.

turnaround times for each of my pieces vary based on design complexity, and to ensure paint/adhesives/coatings have ample time to set before shipping. some items do require longer turnaround due to their level of detail; for specific turnaround times, please contact me.

if you are in need of an item in a faster timeframe, please contact me to chat and for a *possible* rush order and rush shipping quote. (rush orders are not always guaranteed, depending on my current order and production queue.)

i also am a mom + work full-time during the day + i am in graduate school, so i typically work and respond to messages either during my lunch hour, in the evening, or on weekends. i do have my open hours listed on my facebook page, so you can see when the shop is open. i appreciate your understanding!
