Frequently asked questions
COLORS & PRINTING
Colors may vary from screen-to-screen and screen-to-print. While I try my best to match your color requests, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
If you are ordering printed items through my shop, I suggest ordering a sample kit with a color chart prior to placing your full order.
If ordering a digital file that you will print on your own/with a print shop, I suggest printing a proof before printing your entire order. If necessary, I can make color adjustments before you print the full order. Reply by Design Studio will not be responsible for printing costs associated with discoloration.
What are your processing and production times?
The time needed to fulfill an order varies depending on the product and current order volume. For the most up-to-date information, please reference my shop announcement and the estimated shipping/delivery dates for each listing.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
If you place your order before the cut off date, it should arrive before Christmas. Current cut off dates will be updated in the shop announcement. While orders placed before this date will most likely arrive before the holiday, delays in transit can occur. I cannot guarantee that any order will arrive before Christmas and recommend ordering as early as possible if your order is needed by a specific date.
My order has been delayed or lost. What should I do?
Though I wish I could, I cannot control shipping delays. If your order is still showing updated tracking and is moving through the system, please be patient and give it time to arrive. If the tracking has stopped updating for multiple days, please contact me and I will look into it.
My item arrived damaged. Will you replace it?
Occasionally an item will be damaged during transit. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and send a photo detailing the damage. A replacement will be sent if necessary.
I received my order and it is incorrect. Will you replace it?
I stand by my products and, if an error has been made on my end, I will absolutely send a replacement. However, if an error was approved by the customer during proofing, no replacements will be offered. Please carefully check your order details and proofs.
My shipping address is wrong. Can it be changed?
Orders will ship to the “Ship To” address provided at checkout. Once an order is placed, this address cannot be changed in Etsy’s system. Please review your order details carefully before submitting. If you realize a mistake in the shipping address has been made after the order has been placed, please contact me ASAP. While I will do my best to ship it to the new address, I cannot guarantee that it will be updated.
Do you offer faster shipping options?
I ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. For some products, expedited shipping options will be available at checkout. ** Please note that all shipping carriers are experiencing delays and have suspended guaranteed delivery dates. **
