I wish I could give Cristen 100 stars. The Elsa costume for my daughter is simply gorgeous. No detail missed. Every little addition we discussed was not forgotten through the entire process. Cristen is AMAZING!!! I had no idea someone I've never met could be so attentive! She is creative and had great suggestions. She matched my daughter's dress to one I had previously (Mommy costume) and even sent swatches to let me choose the best match to my dress!!! Then she matched my daughter and my tops and capes, beautiful brooches, and embroidery. I could go on forever!!! I cannot imagine how any custom-made order could go better!! Thank you, Cristen!!!!!!

Dear Cristen, I cannot even begin to thank you enough for your stunning creation! I was in tears when I opened the package. My daughter has not wanted to take it off since we gave it to her. I literally viewed every single 'Elsa' dress online and Etsy. It was worth all of the time I spent to find this dress that is truly Elsa's dress from Frozen. When my daughter wore this dress to meet Elsa and Anna at Disney World I could not believe that the dress you designed really did look exactly like Elsa's! The dress has held up well under lots of play and an entire day at Disney World as well. I have greatly enjoyed working with you. I feel like you are a friend and you just happen to be able to sew my daughter a gorgeous dress too. If you are considering purchasing an Elsa dress, look no further. This is it!

If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! The quality of the dress as well as the customer service Cristen provided was exceptional. This really is the perfect Elsa dress. It is so beautiful, it fits my daughter perfectly, and the embroidery and crystal details are extraordinary. Cristen's skill and craftsmanship as a seamstress are top-notch, and she created the perfect dress for my daughter. Cristen was absolutely wonderful to work with. She responded to all of my questions quickly and was so kind and accommodating as we discussed the customizations that I wanted for the dress. I couldn't be more pleased with the dress Cristen made and the customer service experience she provided. I would, without hesitation, have her make me another dress, and I would gladly refer my family and friends to her.

This isn't an Elsa-inspired costume. It is THE Elsa costume. The official Disney one is pretty weak next to this. The quality and the attention to detail makes this one so worth the price. My daughter is crazy about it.
