This kit is a gift for my niece, and I won't be giving it to her for a while, so I've only been able to peek inside the box without really opening up the contents and seeing them properly. But from what I can tell, it's super well made and carefully packaged with everything you need to make your own bubble tea. The shop owner, Toby, was just amazing throughout the ordering process, as she helped me pick the right kit for my young niece, and kept me updated on the shipping status. THE PROBLEM:
Did you know that every year, billions of single-use plastic waste are thrown away due to the quick consumption of our favourite beverages, like bubble tea?

That needs to stop! Where do you start if you want to start drinking bubble tea more sustainably? How can you still satisfy your cravings if not at a bubble tea shop? We have the perfect solutions for you!

OUR MISSION:
Retea is a sustainable bubble tea kit company on a mission to provide affordable ways to make and drink bubble tea, without compromising on quality and authenticity.

OUR STORY:
Retea was founded by Toby Zhou in her second year of university back in the summer of 2019 when she made it her goal to reduce her single-use plastics consumption.

After not finding many sustainable alternatives to drinking bubble tea online and in-stores, she was set on figuring out a solution, which was to make a DIY version of a reusable bubble tea cup aka the first Retea cup.

But it didn't stop there! In the summer of 2020 during a pandemic, we listened to your problems and launched DIY bubble tea kits. We wanted to provide you with affordable and authentic bubble tea in the comfort of your own home.

With the support from friends and family, we were able to build the brand you see today!
