Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I am happy to ship to the international locations listed here: http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immc2_022.htm#ep2899642 Please contact me if you live in one of the listed locations and would like a shipping option added to a listing. Please note that any customs fees or VAT fees are NOT included in the shipping cost, and must be paid by the buyer. If a package is returned for any reason, including failure to pay these fees, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Do you accept returns?

In general, returns aren't accepted. However, if you find your item is not as described and/or pictured in the listing, please contact me so we can work something out. Returns for simply changing your mind or if you failed to read the description are not accepted. If you refuse an item at delivery and it is returned, you will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred, as well as a 25% restocking fee.

How soon will my item be shipped?

Getting your item shipped quickly is a top priority. Items usually ship within 2 business days of purchase.

What happens if a package is shipped to an incorrect address?

Each package is shipped to the address provided at the time of payment. If a package is returned for an incorrect address, buyer must provide correct address and pay additional shipping charges before package will be re-shipped. If buyer does not provide updated address and pay re-shipping charges, only the purchase price, minus original shipping fees, will be refunded.

Can I reserve an item?

To be fair to all buyers, I no longer hold items.
