CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations to made-to-order, handmade or personalised items are approved up to 2 hour after purchase. Any requests made outside of this time window will not be approved.

If your delivery address is incorrect then please get in touch straight away. We will need you to confirm, via a message in the marketplace messaging system, the full & complete address you wish the item sent to. Please note, this may not always be possible to change.

It is our aim to make, packaged & dispatched within 3 working days. This is our standard production time scale. During busy periods these times may increase slightly. Please do remember that Etsy offers you an estimated arrival time for your order, for a guaranteed delivery date please upgrade to a guaranteed service. Delivery speed will depend on the service/ upgrade you choose at the checkout.

When making a change to a design, please state in words that you want to make a change. Please do not just add a number on it's own, as this can be overlooked. You must write 'I want to change the number to (insert number). Or please change age to (insert number). I will not reissue items unless a clear instruction is made to make a change at the point you order. This has been implemented to stop waste in my shop with items being reissued many times due to unclear instructions.

We are always striving for the best possible customer service and on occasions we know that things can go wrong. Simply get in touch with us, sharing a photo of your issue/ item and order details. We’ll liaise with you and work on a resolution, such as a replacement.

In some cases you will be provided with tracking upon purchase, please check your tracking link with your etsy purchase history. This may show your tracking options, or delivery confirmation status. A GPS location map may also be available.

For UK standard delivery please allow up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excl. public holidays/ strikes) for delivery.
If your item is showing as delivered, we kindly ask you to check the following places:

with neighbours (including opposite) | safe places | Royal Mail depot/ collection point

If you are unable to locate this ‘delivered’ item, then we will issue a replacement. We are unable to offer a refund or alternative item if Royal Mail are showing this as being delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and in full. If sending as a Gift, then ensure the recipients full delivery address has been entered in to the ‘delivery address’ section of the checkout.

Etsy collection some taxes at the checkout, however, it does not collect all customs duty or taxes payable when receiving an import. These will be payable by the receiver upon delivery/ being received in to the destination country.

Our orders are made & dispatched from the UK. Please check with your local government regarding import customs duty & taxes prior to making your purchase.

We will not accept any returns where these charges have not been paid.
As Etsy is an international marketplace, we ensure that all of our items comply to all UK legal requirements. Please ensure that the receiving nation will accept the item prior to placing your order.
