My item got damaged during the shipping process! Do you offer replacements?
While I am not responsible for how your item is handled after I ship it out, please contact me if your item arrives damaged. I will review each case individually, and in most cases, I am willing to send replacements if I still have the item in stock. Please be prepared to send me photos and descriptions of the damage done, so that I may properly assess the situation.
There's a problem with my tracking - my package is in the wrong place/it says my package has arrived, but I haven't received it/etc. Where is my package?
In some cases, items may be lost during transit. Please first check with your local shipping service to see if they are able to track the package down. If they are unable to locate the package, please contact me about a replacement.
