5 out of 5 starsMy delivery box showed up looking like it had been in a boxing match. The guitar had a Crack in the plexiglass. I took pictures of both and emailed the seller right away. The seller responded within 5 minutes. I requested a replacement of the plexiglass. This was replaced within a week of contact, getting it to me in time to replace it before my dad's celebration of life. I would highly recommend this seller for any purchase. Thank you for making this a great experience.
