U.S shipping is a FLAT $4.50 if all items are paid for WITH 1 PAYMENT.

The flat fee doesn’t apply for those who pay with multiple payments (since I get clobbered by additional credit card fees). I ship Monday through Friday and some Saturdays (depending on whether I have enough time to process the payment before the post office closes).

Shipping Insurance is optional and is strongly recommended. I'm sorry, but I can't be held responsible for uninsured, lost items since I have no control over any package once it leaves my hands.

In situations where there are 2 different “ship to” addresses with your order (1 with payment, one with Etsy), your shipment will be delayed until I can confirm which is correct. Customers who have packages "returned to sender" due to an incorrect address will be responsible for any additional costs necessary to re-ship said items.

Seriously, it can take MONTHS for the post office to return a package with an incorrect shipping address, so PLEASE remember to double check your order and make sure I have the CORRECT shipping addresses. Thank you. :)

Payment is due within 10 days of purchase. If you wish to pay with a money order, please let me know and I can give you more details about that options.

Buyers in the state of Colorado will be charged up to 8.35% sales tax (depending upon where you live).

If you would like to purchase something from my online store (www.rosarystuff.com) and items from my Etsy store, please let me know ahead of time so I can create a special Etsy listing for you. If we include everything in one listing, the process will be easier and you'll save at least $4.50 in shipping charges. :)

The only exception is custom rosaries since those are handmade according to your specifications.

There just isn't enough room on Etsy for all of my custom rosary choices, so I usually have customers visit my main website for their custom options.

By visiting my main website, it will be easier to narrow down the choices for your custom rosary. There are hundreds of center, crucifix, bead, medal/charm, wire/chain combinations to choose from. After we narrow things down a bit, I will start the process of emailing pictures to help you get a better idea of how your rosary will look. Once we've picked a design, I will then create a special Etsy listing just for you. :)

You will also receive a picture of your finished rosary via email before I ship just to make sure it looks the way you want it to.

I do have certain rosary centers, crucifixes and awareness ribbons available at lower wholesale prices for those who buy in bulk. If you are looking for something in particular, please let me know and if I have it in stock I can create a special Etsy listing for you.

Many states, counties, and cities charge "Use Taxes" on items purchased on the internet. Check with your local government tax office for more information about liability and how to pay "use taxes".

Items marked as "Gift" will be shipped without an invoice in the package. If you would like me to send the item invoice to another address, please let me know in the comment section. :)

Purchases including gift wrap will include a personal note. I usually contact folks with this option to find out more about the occasion so I can include some graphics that fit. :) If you have questions please let me know.
