All RoseAlida jewelry comes packaged in a jewelry gift box. Orders shipped inside a padded mailer or cardboard box as determined by size and/or weight.

Gift wrapping is available for an additional cost at checkout.

Most designs can be customized with the thread color, bead color and finish of your choice. Please contact me via Messages for availability, cost and shipping times.

How to care for tatted lace:

CLEAN: Spot clean with a warm damp cloth. Lay flat to dry.

STORAGE: Lay item flat. Recommend storing the item in the jewelry gift box provided when shipped.

RESHAPE: Moisten the piece using a warm damp cloth. Press lightly by hand. Use a crochet hook or pin to reshape decorative picots. Gently and evenly pull the piece in the opposite directions to symmetrically reshape the piece. Lay flat to dry.

The address entered at checkout determines the cost of shipping.

If you enter the incorrect address with your order, I will need to REFUND and CANCEL the order.

You will have to resubmit the order and enter the correct address during checkout.

This also protects against fraudulent orders that use others info or addresses to initiate purchases and tries to change them after.

Please make sure that your address is verified with the USPS.

If you have a non-verified USPS address I may have to cancel and refund your order.

I always ship to the USPS recommended address even if different from what you enter. USPS recommended addresses often include an additional 4 digit zip code or street and avenue abbreviations that are USPS standards.

If you have a reason why you enter your address differently than the USPS suggests, please make me aware via Messages so together we both have a great shipping experience.
