Everything we do is made to order unless it's a One Of A Kind, so please allow up to 20 days before shipping.
All of our items are handmade and no two will be perfectly identical, there will be slight differences between items. This is not a flaw but a mark of authenticity.
We are located in Romania, so overseas orders will usually take 3 weeks to arrive (we've had cases of up to 6 weeks). European orders usually arrive within 2 weeks.
***Please understand that there is a possibility for delays by foreign customs, weekends, and holidays (non-business days)***
Standard shipping is NOT TRACKED.
We wish we could always offer registered shipping, but it costs 28$ for anything up to one kilogram. We have our share of lost packages, but we always take responsibility for it.
We cannot be held responsible for delays of Express Mail Service as long as the package was shipped out on time.
Delays that can occur in transit or customs are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Deliveries around the holidays, especially December are always late, even Express 7 day EMS turns to 15 days. Please buy ahead! We cannot guarantee a Christmas delivery for orders placed after 10 November.
