5 out of 5 starsThese crowns are so gorgeous and so beautifully made. I ordered two for my nieces in Sydney for Christmas and Rowan was amazing at making them for me in plenty of time to post to Australia and always kept me updated. I know my nieces will love them, thank you Rowan!

5 out of 5 starsI started looking around for my wedding dress about 8 months ago in my home country ( I am an Australian getting married in Canada) , but I didn't find anything that I really liked. Then I saw Rowan's dress on Etsy and loved the lace and the simplicity of the way the dress fell. I ordered a muslin sample to be sure I like the shape, and then 3 months later I had a stunning dress in my hands, made to fit me. My favourite features are the caped sleeves and the numerous small buttons that close the back, and the material travels well and is easy to move in. Rowan was a pleasure to work with, and quick to respond to my e-mails and questions. The international factor posed the possibility of many mishaps, but I am pleased to say I had none. Rowan even got the dress done on time so I could have it sent home to show my family and friends and it arrived beautifully packaged and safe. It's now with me in Canada and I cannot wait to wear it down the aisle.

The 4 styles are offered as made to measure dresses, so your dress will be made to your measurements to fit you perfectly.
Bridal Policy
**ORDERING INFO**
**All of my gowns ship from the UK and require UP TO 3 months to be received by you. SOMETIMES we can do them a lot quicker depending on the gown, the material, the order, so PLEASE CONTACT ME and I will check my schedule and see what I can do. Most regular wedding salons have a 6 month and more wait for a gown but I will try to do it quicker for you. Please do allow as much time as possible. I run a small business and get booked up very quickly so please order early.
**MEASUREMENT INFO**
**Once I receive payment and measurements, I will begin work on the gown. The basic measurements I need are Bust, Underbust, Waist, Hips and waist to Hem with the EXACT undergarments and shoes that you will be wearing with your dress. Please contact me and I will send you my measuring chart. (it still may be required to have a minimal amount of altering done as with any high quality gown, be it internet purchased or salon purchased).
All deposits and payments on gowns are non refundable. Please discuss with me if you have a life crisis, things do happen and I will do my most to help. I start work on your bespoke gown once the 50% deposit is made. This money goes towards all the material etc. If you fail to make your final payment on your gown, the gown will become my property after 180 days and I will sell it to someone else. I cannot store large amounts of gowns in my studio. Thanks for reading all of this boring but necessary info.

Bridal Payment
I will require a 50% deposit and the rest before shipping the item.
Once the gown/outfit is finished and ready for shipping the remainder payment will be made including shipping costs, prior to shipment.
Shipping
Within the Uk will be sent recorded or special delivery depending on the value of your item. Outwith UK will be sent with the royal mail and will be fully insured.
Bridal shipping
I ship completely insured from the UK with Parcelforce and traceable to most countries (with a few exceptions). Takes about 2-5 days once it's sent out. Keep in mind that your order is coming from the UK and will need to pass through customs unless you live in the UK, That means that you may incur a charge from your country that is beyond my control. I am not responsible for customs fees and any additional charges that may occur within your country. Please check with your local customs office. I ship Worldwide !!!
