Care instructions
Handmade is definitely not indestructible. That said, I work hard to create jewelry that will last a lifetime and I always test my pieces multiple times. Please don’t pull or twist pieces, over time they can weaken even with the finest wire or elastic. Excessive moisture is never a good idea. Protect and keep your jewelry in soft filled pouches or containers.
Gold filled pieces can hold up to some moisture, but may dull. Antiqued metals will also dull.
Please consider keeping any sterling pieces in small plastic pouches, away from other metals, as they naturally oxidize (but can be brightened up with cleaner).
How accurate are the colors, as photographed?
Like most artists & designers, we’d prefer you to view our pieces “in person”, but an accurate & clear photograph is the next best thing. All computer and phone screens are different, as well as the difference lighting can play. I try my best to accurately represent each of my pieces, in a variety of positions & lighting… if a coloration is a concern, message me, I’m happy to answer any questions!
How to measure for bracelets?
To find your bracelet size, please measure your wrist carefully with a soft tape measure, around your wrist, between your wrist bone and hand. If you don't have the proper tape measure, use a piece of string & then lay that out on a ruler. Or measure a favorite bracelet you already own.
Stretch bracelets;
For small stones sizing will be your “regular” size as measured above. Unless you prefer a tighter or looser fit, then go down or up .25 inches, respectively.
For 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm beads; add .50 inches for snug fit, .75 inches for a just right fit, or 1-inch for loose fit.
For 12mm or larger beads; add .75 inches for snug fit, 1-inch for a just right fit, or 1.25 inches for loose fit. If you are in-between sizes, consider sizing up.
