I ship to your ETSY address. If you wish your item to be sent elsewhere update me once you place your order.

✦Unclaimed Parcels
In case your delivery "Unclaimed" (Wrong address\Not collected) and returned back to us, we can send it to you again with an additional cost for the new shipping.

✦You are the only one who responsible for shipping address & To collect your package.

No logos or complicated things, only words and simple shapes.
If you want to engrave language other than English or Hebrew, I can do it if it will be simple and clear. Contact me if you are interested in it.
✦If you choose a kaleidoscope with hand engraving, please write to me what you want to be engraved together with your order.
Please make a sentence for engraving, not to exceed 12 words.
✦Hand engraving costs 5$ for each kaleidoscope.

I take care to wrap and ship your kaleidoscope in the best way, so that you will receive it safely!
I am sending the mini kaleidoscopes series in a small jewelry box (gift box) All other kaleidoscopes wrapped and Insert a cardboard box that protects them during transport.

Each country has import rules. If you will be asked to pay local duty / customs fee, in order to release your package, please understand It is not related in any way to me, but only to the import policy in the country where you live. To avoid unpleasant surprises, I recommend you to clarify the import policy at your country before you place your order.

✦I'm doing the best I can that you will get a perfect product without defects. However, in very rare case, if you received a defective item, please contact me as soon as so I could handle the case according to what happened. Please send me pictures/video of the defect, it will be the best way for me to understand where is the problem.
