Wow is all I can say!! This is the nicest collar I have EVER seen and not only does it look good but the quality is impeccable. Jake was awesome to work with and his communication was bar none. I wanted a nameplate added to the collar so we worked with another Etsy seller and Jake even had his jeweler put a curve on the nameplate so that it flows nicely with the shape of the collar. I will highly recommend RuffHaus to anyone who asks because I know as soon as I get him to the dog park or his obedience class a lot of people are going to comment about how nice this collar is.
