Well, it's a bit of a conglomeration of everything we love and enjoy about antiques and vintage.

Rust- because who doesn't like a bit of that stuff? Rust generally shows age, use, or something to be salvaged.
Re- Re-use. Re-purpose, Re-cycle. I love making jewelry and other items out of broken and discarded pieces. It brings a new purpose to the item, and saves it from the landfill.
Factory- The process of making goods, or even packing and shipping sort of makes us our own little factory. Making or getting goods ready for someone else to enjoy! Plus, we love industrial!
That's how we came up with the name. How did we get to Etsy? Lot's of collecting. Well, initially that's how this all started. We had been selling in booths for nearly ten years. We don't currently have any antique booths. So, with no more booths, and still a love for this business , I thought Etsy would be the perfect outlet!
