Some of my items are a Made To Order listings, so please be patient while I make them. Also some designs have different sizes option, if you wish a special size or a customization, just convo me before purchase.
Estimated shipping times are also noted in the bottom of every listing, but sometimes there is an extended processing time during the post service which I am unable to influence. However if you wish to ship via UPS or DHL contact me and we will make arrangements.

I ship standart CZ post with insurance and parcel post (PPL) for heavier items. If you would like to upgrade to 1st class at an additional cost, please contact me to make arrangements. All packages are trackable and insured against loss or damage. *
* PLEASE NOTE: domestic claims for loss or damage cannot be filed prior to 90 days from the date a package was mailed. However, if a package is taking longer than usual to arrive or you would like to obtain the tracking number, please contact me.

I ship CZ Post first class international. Unfortunately, for some countries, tracking is not available for this method, but the package will be insured against loss or damage.*
If you would like to upgrade to UPS/DHL or other simmilar service available at an additional cost, please contact me to make arrangements.
Buyers are responsible for any or all customs fees levied on their packages. Please check with your post office to see that the items you wish to buy will be allowed into your country (this affects mostly US) and through customs before placing your order.

Additional policies and FAQs
Some of my items are antique pieces and the tooth of time may took its toll on them. I consider this as a feature which fullfills the overall impression. None of the antique items was falsly altered. They are authentic and original and if it's possible, I provide the brief history and dating in the description.
