I loved the concept of the offered ornaments, but wanted a little something extra on the opposite side. Jess was so quick to answer my questions and gave great suggestions on the customization. I ordered pretty close to Christmas, but the ornament arrived before then and I was able to put it on the tree! Fantastic and friendly customer service, and beautiful product :)

First off- Jess was incredibly helpful! My order got stuck in pre-transit due to Christmas time, and she responded to messages immediately to get the problem resolved! It is such a relief to find a seller who was easy to communicate with and helpful. Second, my unplugged ceremony sign is beautiful! I absolutely cannot wait to show it off at my wedding this upcoming weekend. Jess creates beautiful pieces, they are truly one of a kind. Highly recommend shopping with her!
