5 out of 5 starsThe product itself is great. I wish it had been clear that the product was designed to be used in Photoshop. I don't have Photoshop and work mostly with Inkscape (I actually took your SVG & Me course) or Cricut.

What are the terms of use?
The purchase of a template grants the user a limited commercial for a single business. You can use the designs to promote your business, but please do not resell or give away (unless other specified on the listing). Unfortunately our designs aren't for commercial use or resale.

I changed my mind and want a refund, is this possible?
Unfortunately there are no refunds with digital downloads. Having said that, I do want you to be over-the-moon happy with your purchase so reach out if you have any issues and I’ll do my best to make it right!
How do I download my files?
Once your payment has cleared, you will be taken to the download page and an email will be sent with your download link.
If you have exited out of the download page and want to find it again, open your Etsy account > “Your Account” > “Purchases and reviews,” and look for the order. To the right of the order, click “Download Files.” This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
When you download the file, you will receive a PDF that will have links to the Canva template(s). Click on the links, and that will open the design in Canva. Canva will prompt you to “Use this template,” and all you need to do is click that button and start editing the template for yourself!
Canva is giving me problems when I try to download the template. What should I do?
Occasionally Canva will have connectivity issues, or a “bug” that interferes with this or creates unforeseen issues, so if you have any trouble…
1) First check the Canva Status page to see if there’s a known issue going on: https://www.canvastatus.com/, and if everything is operational there but you’re still stuck,
2) Send us a message and we’ll see how we can help!
Are the designs editable?
All Canva designs are editable inside of the free version of Canva. You do not need a Canva Pro account to edit the designs, unless you want to resize the design.
Can I change the size of the listings?
We have created our templates using Canva – if you have a Canva Pro account, you will be able to resize them as needed.
Can I change the color of the listings?
Yes! Our templates are totally editable with a free Canva account. There may be some graphics that are not editable within the design, but you are welcome to change them out with a different graphic that has the colors that will fit your color scheme.
Are fonts included? Can I add my own?
There is a huge range of fonts available within Canva, so design all templates using the ones that are included on the platform — there is no need to install any fonts, but you are welcome to upload your own if you choose.
Do I need a desktop to edit the files?
While using a desktop (or a laptop) is recommended, you may use the Canva app on your phone to edit the files if you choose. You’ll get a better experience on your desktop or laptop computer, though, in my humble opinion ;-)
How long do I have access to the files?
You have until I close my shop (which I do not anticipate being anytime soon). I recommend downloading them when you purchase them so that you will always have them in your Canva account.
