Thank you for stopping by and taking an interest in my shop. My name is Jo. I'm a knitter, spinner and fibrephile committed to Holistic living. Secret Spinner is the blending of these two passions, bringing to you yarn that is spun with care and mindful kindness, filled with love and positive energy! I specialise in spinning lace and fingering weight yarn using traditional and navajo plying methods. I aim to spin yarn that will not look out of place next to mill spun yarn. This will allow you to use it as an interesting embellishment or edging on a larger mill spun piece.

I have a waiting list for custom spun items. If there is a particular fibre you just love, or roving you don't feel you want to spin yourself convo me and we can chat about whether my style of spinning fits your needs - I'm always happy to chat :)

Payment
I accept payment through Paypal only. Please submit payment within 2 days of your purchase, otherwise I will have to cancel the order. If for any reason you cannot make the payment in the allotted time, please contact me and we can work something out that works for both of us.
Shipping
Please don't be put off by high shipping prices - Royal Mail have recently altered their prices and packet shipping policy. I'm currently trying to find a balance. If the shipping costs less than the amount you've paid, I'll refund it immediately. If it costs more, you won't have to pay any extra. I ship the next business day after payment is received but if you need your purchase urgently please message me and I'll see what I can do. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail via First Class, all other orders are sent via International Airmail Small Packets. I will obtain proof of postage for all items shipped, however, if you wish to have your items sent with insurance or tracking please contact me to arrange for this as a supplimentary charge will apply depending on your country of residence.
DELIVERY ADDRESS INFORMATION : I will ship to the delivery address you have stored on Etsy, not the Paypal delivery address. Please make sure you select the correct delivery address when placing your order!
CUSTOMS: Please be aware that should your items be subject to customs charges or other sales tax added by the destination authorities I am not responsible for them.

CENTRE PULL BALLS - If you would like your yarn wound into a centre pull ball ready for working please let me know at checkout as I'm happy to do that for you.
PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS - I am willing to negotiate a payment plan for some items. Please convo me before purchasing to discuss terms. Any transaction made before discussing terms and agreeing installement plan will be reversed. I am willing to hold Items for up to 4 months providing regular payments are made. Item will be shipped when the final payment has been confirmed.
I ship worldwide. UK First Class mail aims to deliver the next working day and Royal Mail Airmail aims to deliver to the rest of the world within 7 working days - it can however take up to six weeks. Please be patient, but if you're worried that your items have gone astray do send me a message and I'll try and sort things out for you.
I am one person working in a pet free, smoke free home. If you wish to make a custom order, please understand that it will take some time. This being the case I am unable to offer wholesale prices.
