What are your healing packs filled with?
Seedsentials healing packs are filled with all natural un-hulled white proso millet or flaxseed and millet.
How long will my healing pack last?
If kept clean and used as directed – covered while in the freezer and heated in a clean microwave - your healing pack should last for years.
How do I care for my healing pack?
Store your healing pack in a baggie when placing in the freezer. This will ensure that no food stuff comes in contact with the pack that could later burn when microwaved. Your microwave should be clean and free of food and liquids.
Your healing pack can easily be spot-cleaned. If it should need to be more than spot-cleaned just put it in the sink with soapy water, move it around, and apply some friction. Then, rinse. Roll your Healing Pack up and squeeze as much water out as possible. Place it between two towels and put pressure on it so that the towels absorb most of the moisture. Lastly, put your healing pack somewhere to dry completely (give it 24 hours). Once dry it will be ready to go.
How cold do healing packs get from the freezer?
Healing packs from the freezer are very cool and soothing. They do not get as cold as I would recommend for the first few hours of an acute injury, but are very therapeutic for chronic aches and pains or for alternating heat and cold after an initial acute injury.
How long does it take to heat a healing pack?
Time will vary depending on the size of your healing pack, the wattage of your microwave, and your personal preference. Average is 1½ to 2 minutes. Each pack comes with directions for use.
Can you ship to a different address than my own?

Can you include a gift note?
Definitely! Just write your note in the special instructions box during check out.
What is your return policy?
If your healing pack deteriorates due to craftsmanship you may return it for a replacement. There is no guarantee of having the same print in stock. If that should happen you will need to select a print from what is currently available.
What is your shipping policy?
Healing Packs are shipped through USPS with tracking. Once shipped, transit time is 1 to 4 days depending on your distance from Iowa.
