What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a digital download that includes a link to an editable Canva template. No physical product will be shipped. All files are delivered instantly after purchase through Etsy.
How do I access my template?
After checkout, go to Etsy > Purchases & Reviews and click Download Files.
Open the PDF, click the Canva link, and the template will open automatically.
What can I edit?
You can edit: Text, Colors, Photos, Fonts, Layout, Elements
Every template is fully customizable to match your message or style.
Can I use the template more than once?
Yes. You may edit and reuse the template unlimited times for personal use.
Can I share or resell this template?
No. The purchase includes a personal-use license only. Templates cannot be shared, resold, reproduced, or used commercially as your own design.
I cannot find my download. Where is it?
On desktop:
Etsy > Your Account > Purchases & Reviews > Download Files
Etsy does not allow digital downloads through the app, so you must use a web browser to access them.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because this is a digital product, all sales are final and refunds cannot be issued once the file has been downloaded.

My video is not downloading. What do I do?
Make sure you are logged into your Canva account.
Click Share > Download > MP4 Video.
If Canva freezes, refresh the page or switch to desktop.

Do I need a Canva Pro subscription
Most templates can be edited using Canva Free.
If a design includes elements that require Canva Pro, Etsy will show a notice on your download page. You can replace Pro elements with free ones if needed.
