Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get my order?
It generally takes between 3 - 5 business days (not including weekends) to produce mugs, apparel and cards. Glassware and all other items take 2 - 7 business days (not including weekends). Each item is designed and handmade in the US, and checked before they are shipped out. Shipping times varies depending on the destination, but the arrival time itself is generally between 1 to 2 weeks within the USA.
I need it by a certain date, can you expedite my order?
We do not offer shipping upgrades. It would be best to place orders well ahead of time if the items are needed by a certain date. Please contact me with questions BEFORE ordering if you have time constraints and I'll see what I can arrange, but I am unable to guarantee delivery dates. Holiday shipping time may vary.
Where is my order? (not shipped)

Your order goes through several steps from the moment payment is confirmed to when the order arrives at your door. As soon as the order is printed, packaged, and given to the carrier, a tracking number will be generated. You will receive this tracking number via email notification. You’ll be able to follow the order-delivery status by clicking on the provided tracking link.

Can I return or exchange the item I received?
Because the items are made to order, I can't really accept returns or exchanges if it is a just matter of preference. But if there are any defects, issues, problems with the items you've received, I will definitely make it right. Just contact me with details on the issues and please send us a proof - picture of the item so we can properly resolve the issue.
I haven't received my item, or my item is damaged!
I'm sorry to hear that. It can happen from time to time, for a variety of reasons that may or may not have been under my control. Contact me with your Order #, pictures, and details of the issue and I'll help you resolve them to the best of my abilities. My goal is to serve you as best as I can, so please give me that opportunity to do so before leaving negative feedback.:)
How are my items shipped?
Generally the items will be shipped by UPS, DHL and/or USPS, depending on the buyers location and real-time shipping quotes. Orders with multiple items may arrive in different shipments. Tracking numbers and carrier information will be sent to you after it is confirmed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time we are unable to offer gift wrap or personal notes in the packages.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
After the order is placed, you have two hours to cancel. The production process begins immediately after that and cannot be undone. So, unfortunately, I can't cancel the order for you after it has been placed after our grace period. If you need to update a shipping address, I can do that for you as long as the item hasn't shipped yet.
