Because I am a small shop, I'm unable to process returns / exchanges / refunds so be sure to read all of the listing details before placing orders. You are welcome to ask questions beforehand and I'll try my best to help you make mindful purchasing decisions.
This is a solo operation and I just can't offer the same policies as the corporate giants in terms of returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All branded items are authentic, purchased either directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor.
Double check your address to make sure it is input correctly. Due to the requirement of customs forms and added complications with transit, I am not shipping to addresses physically outside the U.S. (including military bases) If you have any issues with your order, please message me directly first.*
I can *not* guarantee specific delivery dates or timelines, because that factor is out of my control after I ship packages.

I do have a furry family member in my home (a bunny 🐇), so please keep this in mind if you or the intended recipient of items from this shop has a rabbit allergy. My sewing studio & work area are separate from where the bunny hangs out.
