Where do I start. - Purchased an item.After 5 days seller replies saying he cannot get to the glass shop due to Covid.Asks if I'm ok to wait & reassures he'll ship the item in a couple of weeks. A month later I ask if he's shipping the item any time soon.9 days later he replies "I'll be able to book time in the glass shop VERY SOON".But then adds that he's experiencing problems with moving houses which is slowing him down.Tells that he'll send freebies if I'll wait even longer.If not, he'll issue a refund, to which I said 'yes'. Keep in mind I ordered my item on 02/07/2020.This last message of his was written on 25/08/2020. Been waiting for a refund or a reply, but it's now 25/09/2020. Nothing.Had to contact the Help Center. If you can't get things done, then temporarily close the shop & don't waste our time & money.
