It was mailed almost immediately upon purchase -- also greatly appreciated. I hope they make more; I'd definitely purchase another.

5 out of 5 starsAn exquisitely crafted tool! I really love this spinning bowl. It's beautiful and it spins like a dream. I love how the shape keeps the spindle in a very narrow window of movement while giving it plenty of room to spin and spin. Very quick shipping, too!

Returns and exchanges
RETURNS: PLEASE contact me via Etsy, Items MUST be returned within 7 days of you receving your order. Once the item is returned, a refund will be issued by your payment method (PayPal or Etsy) for the price of the item being returned only, intial postage costs are non-refundable, and return shipping will be at the customer / buyer's expense. I reserve the right to refuse any returns that the condition of the item(s) differs form that which it was sent out.

If the item you received is damaged or has any defect. The item can be refunded or replaced.
Refund or replacement is made after we receive the returned original item.

Shipping
Everything is shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. All orders are shipped ether by USPS First Class, Priority 2-3 day with delivery conformation number and insurance..
International orders are shippped First Class International with a delivery time of 2 weeks, but up to 4 weeks depending on place of destination. If you want a faster delivery time, please feel free to email me before purchase so i can quote you a new shipping fee, and make shippng changes to posting.
If more then 1 item is order they will be shipped together.
