When I needed clarification to make sure I did everything correctly at time of placing order, the seller got back to me promptly and was friendly. The robes arrived very quick and they are BEAUTIFUL! If you are looking for robes, buy from them! The letters are embroidered/thread and robes are great quality. Thank you so much!! :)

Issues with order
If there is an issue with your order, we must be made aware of this within 72 hours of receipt of delivery.
Items Lost in Transit
Once a package has been given to USPS/FedEx/UPS we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Sizing details
Sizing details are listed for each item. If you still have questions, please reach out to me. Returns and exchanges are not available for your items so PLEASE make sure to order the correct size.
When will my order ship
The ship by date for your item is on the invoice that was emailed to you after your purchase.
Can my order be rushed?
Please order our RUSH MY ORDER listing to rush your order. The production time will then be 1-2 business days vs our standard production time of 3-4 business days.
Will my item come with the props that are in the photo?
Any items that are used as props in the photo do NOT come with your order. Necklaces, leggings, hats, etc are just props to give you an idea of how to style your item. They do NOT come with your purchase.
When will I get my item?
Every order receives a receipt from Etsy. On your receipt, you will have a SHIP BY DATE. That is the date in which your item will be shipped by. That is NOT the date in which you will receive your item. Shipping time for first class mail is 2-5 business days, Priority Mail is 1-3 business days and Priority Express is 1-2 business days.
Will my shirt come with the sleeves rolled or tied?
Your shirt or tank top will NOT come tied or with the sleeves rolled up. We style the shirts to give you an idea of how they can be worn. It is up to you to tie it or roll the sleeves.
Are custom fees included in my payment?
No. If you are having an item shipped internationally you are responsible to pay ALL the fees that your country is charging.
